A lot of local car service companies don't have a standard policy when it comes to taking dogs, and whether they'll take your dog or not depends on the individual dog-friendliness of the dispatcher, and/or the driver that'll actually meet the pooch. Anyone who has a relationship with a car service/dispatcher already should start there.
